Our Process

Prep it.

Before we start any work - it’s a good idea to make sure that your uPVC windows and doors have been recently cleaned and are not covered by foliage.

Mask it.

Masking is a vital part of the paint-spraying process. We make sure to mask off any areas that we don’t wish to be sprayed (such as brickwork) and ensure we get nice clean lines

Key it.

To ensure that the paint bonds with the uPVC effectively, we ‘key’ the surfaces of the window and doors. This process is achieved by lightly roughing the surface with sandpaper, before wiping the surface down to remove any potential debris. This means that the paint bonds properly with the uPVC and the finish is as smooth as possible - something we refer to as a “factory finish.”

Spray it.

Once we’re happy that the surfaces are adequately clean and masked - we can then begin spraying!

Though we’re quick - our experienced tradespeople use specialised equipment that ensures an even coverage!
